Important When Creating Shipping Labels

When preparing shipping labels, please indicate the approximate dimensions/weight of the shipment. Use the guidelines below for reference:

• Mid-season clothing: 1 item ≈ 1 kg
• Footwear (except tactical boots): 1 item ≈ 2.5 kg
• Tactical boots: 1 item ≈ 4 kg
• Insulated clothing: 1 item ≈ 4 kg
• Non-insulated gloves: 1 pack ≈ 1 kg
• Insulated or bulky gloves: 1 pack ≈ 2–3 kg

Note: The values are approximate and intended to ensure accurate shipping cost calculations. If unsure, it is better to specify slightly more rather than less.

Who can send a parcel

Anyone, except: (companies or organizations – they must provide a written authorization).

Who can receive parcels

Anyone, except: (companies or organizations – they must provide a written authorization). Please note: the receipt is issued to the person from whom the funds were received.

Payment terms

For this type of order, only full prepayment applies or individual terms for regular partners.

Responsibility

Please note: we are not responsible for where the parcel is sent – the waybill is created by the client. We do not track TTN numbers. If the client’s customer refuses the parcel, the client must arrange the return either to themselves. Delivery costs are paid by the client if the product is not defective and was shipped in full according to the order.

Guarantees

Our online store guarantees that the client’s customer will not know about our existence, except from open sources (Google, etc.).

We do not contact your customer, except in cases of defective goods or complaints, and only after receiving a written request from you in paper form (to be sent via Nova Poshta).

The goods are packed in a standard way.

If there is an error in the quantity of goods or a defect, replacement will be made at our expense. However, the creation of waybills remains the responsibility of the client, as we do not have the right to contact the client’s customer directly.

Attention!

Our online store does not see what exactly you send and to whom. We only see your order and the waybill (which we must attach to the order and hand over to Nova Poshta).
