Delivery & Payment — fast, clear and without surprises

We work with retail customers, teams, sole proprietors and companies. Whether it’s one pair of shoes or a large wholesale order — our approach is the same: honest and straightforward.

Delivery within Ukraine

Our main delivery service is Nova Poshta. We ship orders all across Ukraine.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually shipped the same day (except Sunday)
  • If the item is in stock — shipping on the same day or the next day
  • Cash on delivery — no prepayment required
  • No order amount limits

The cash-on-delivery fee is charged by Nova Poshta. We do not add any hidden fees. Please contact our manager if you need clarification.

If the item is out of stock

If the required item or size is not available, we check availability with the manufacturer.

  • Average waiting time: 7–14 days
  • In rare cases — up to 30 days

If part of the order is in stock and part is on request, we can:

  • ship available items immediately and send the rest later
  • or wait and ship the entire order together

Delivery services we work with

  • Nova Poshta — retail and wholesale
  • Ukrposhta — retail and wholesale, full prepayment only (or confirm with manager)
  • Delivery — wholesale only
  • Meest Express — wholesale only
  • Delivery by our own vehicle — wholesale only, by agreement
  • Delivery by drivers traveling between cities — wholesale only, by agreement

If your situation is non-standard — we are always open to discussing options.

Payment options

  • Cash on delivery
  • Online payment on the website
  • Bank transfer for sole proprietors and companies
  • Self-pickup: payment in cash or via driver (by agreement)

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days.

  • If the mistake is on our side — we cover delivery costs
  • If the customer chose the wrong size or model — delivery is paid by the customer
  • Used items cannot be returned or exchanged

If the item was not unpacked or you are a regular customer, we may extend the return period. Please confirm with our manager.

If you did not collect your parcel

We do not ignore the situation. Our manager will contact you and offer options: another size, another model or reshipping.
