Return Policy
We keep things simple. If the product doesn’t fit or suit you — we resolve the issue quickly.
Standard return period — 14 days
Return or exchange is possible within 14 days after receiving the order if:
- the product is new and unused;
- original condition, packaging and tags are preserved;
- there is proof of purchase.
Extended return up to 30 days
For loyal and reasonable customers we may offer extended terms.

- item must be unused and in new condition;
- decision made individually.
Non-returnable items
Some categories cannot be returned according to law. For example:
- underwear;
- other items defined by law.
If the item is in the restricted list — return is not possible even if unused.
If there is a defect
- exchange or refund without issues;
- fast resolution;
- we may request photos for confirmation.
How to request a return

- Provide order number.
- Describe the reason.
After confirmation we will send return instructions.
