Custom Order Delivery
We work not only with items in stock, but also with custom orders supplied directly from European manufacturers. This format is suitable when a specific model, color, size, or product is required and it is impractical to keep it permanently in stock in Ukraine.
What Products Are Available for Custom Order
The entire range is available for custom order:
- workwear;
- safety footwear;
- personal protective equipment;
- non-standard sizes;
- rare models and colors;
- items for specific working conditions.
We always try to keep the most popular products in stock. Ordering from abroad is an exception, used when a client needs a specific solution, such as white workwear for clean zones, a non-standard size, or a rarely used model.
Manufacturers
We work directly with European manufacturers of workwear and PPE, including ART.MAS, Urgent, REIS, Procera and other Polish brands.
This is factory-made goods from manufacturers — no local alterations and no copies.
Delivery Timeframes
The standard delivery time is up to 30 days. In most cases it is faster, but it is important to understand the reality: the goods are shipped from abroad, and delivery time depends on logistics, weather conditions, carrier workload, manufacturer warehouse operations, and customs clearance.
In some cases, delivery may take longer if the manufacturer releases the goods later after payment. For example, there are situations when the supplier ships the order 7–10 days after payment, followed by delivery to Ukraine and customs clearance.
Delivery guarantee: if we fail to deliver the goods within 90 days, we refund the payment.
Payment (Prepayment)
- Retail customers or orders up to 3000 UAH — 100% prepayment.
- Wholesale customers / regular partners — 50% prepayment is possible.
Important: if the customer decides to cancel the order after it has been placed and paid for, a refund is not provided. A refund is possible only in case of our mistake (for example, ordering the wrong model/size or delivering an item that does not match the agreement).
Price Fixation
- With 100% payment — the price is fully fixed.
- With 50% prepayment — only the paid part (50%) is fixed.
What We Guarantee and What We Cannot Be Responsible For
We guarantee:
- the product will match the manufacturer’s photos and description (within declared specifications);
- upon request, we provide all information supplied by the manufacturer (materials, certifications, size charts, etc.);
- transparent delivery terms: if we do not deliver within 90 days, we refund the payment.
